Our Why Litter Program aims to reduce the number of stray animals in the community by aiding families who have two breeding adult cats, or just the mother. When the kittens or puppies old enough (approximately 8-10 weeks) they can be brought to the shelter. We’ll provide all necessary medical care before adopting them out to loving homes. We will also help cover most of the cost to spay the mother, to ensure no further litters are conceived. Spay and neuter is one of the best ways to prevent homeless pets.
